Here are detailed tips to guide you through safe storage, proper inspection, correct installation, and efficient commissing after receiving our company's pressure transmitters.

1. After-sale service

If the product is detected as a quality problem by our technical personnel within the warranty period, our company will bear all costs.
Please make sure to clean up the residual medium before sending it back, especially substances harmful to human health, such as corrosive, toxic, carcinogenic or radioactive substances.
Please keep the warranty card and certificate of conformity, and return them together with the product for repair.
If the transmitter malfunctions, please contact our after-sales service. After confirming the problem, when you need to send the transmitter back to our company for repair, please attach the following information:
