It mainly adopts two types of equipment: magnetic flap level gauges and radar level transmitters, ensuring safe and stable operation of the tank farm.
The tank farm stores raw materials, intermediates and finished products for tin-based new materials production, requiring high accuracy, stability and reliability in level measurement. To meet this demand, the project is equipped with 184 radar level transmitters and 115 magnetic flap level gauges, which work together to achieve all-round and high-precision level monitoring of the tank farm.
Radar level gauges are not affected by medium density, temperature, pressure, dust and other environmental factors. They are especially suitable for storing volatile and corrosive materials in the project. The 184 radar level gauges cover major production tanks in the tank farm, providing real-time level data for production scheduling and material management.

Installed at key tank positions, the 115 magnetic flap level gauges allow staff to read level information directly.
