The anticorrosive material is used as the overall protective sleeve or two-piece sleeve, or the anticorrosive treatment of the material can be directly carried out on the protective pipe, which is divided into three forms: spraying, sintering and sleeve sealing. It is suitable for measurement in corrosive medium with strong acid or alkali. The fixed installation form can be fixed thread, fixed flange (removing medium surface) or ferrule thread, etc., with PVC wiring. The box or 316L junction box can meet the full anti-corrosion requirements. The service temperature of PTFE can generally reach 200 ℃; if there is severe erosion of the thermal resistance and anti-corrosion coating by the medium particles with high flow rate on the site, the form of surface spray wear-resistant alloy can be used; the temperature measurement of high aluminum pipe and corundum pipe can be directly inserted into the high-temperature solution; silicon nitride can be directly inserted into aluminum solution, copper solution, copper nickel, aluminum nickel alloy solution and other metal solutions. According to the temperature measurement, the temperature resistance can reach 1400 ℃; according to special circumstances, titanium tube and tantalum tube can also be used.

Product model
A. temperature transmitter with thermocouple (resistance) consists of thermocouple or thermal resistance and transmitter components.
B. thermocouple includes thermocouple element, protection tube, junction box and other main parts, both of which are the same as the junction box and protection tube.
C. thermocouple element is composed of armored thermocouple; thermal resistance element is composed of armored platinum resistance.
D. protection pipe: it is required to be resistant to high temperature, wear and corrosion, able to withstand sharp temperature changes, with good air tightness and sufficient mechanical strength. Now, it is made of two kinds of stainless steel pipes of different brands.
E. the junction box is made of aluminum alloy, which is waterproof, with protection grade of IP54.
F. transmitter components: it is composed of shell, cover plate, circuit board terminal, etc. it is sealed in the shell with electronic components by silicon rubber pouring method, so it cannot be disassembled.
